Terms of Service

1. The Service

Programode provides online educational content for competitive programming, including lessons, practice problems, an in-browser code judge, and progress tracking. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee any particular competitive result, rating, contest placement, or admission outcome — the Service is a study tool, not a promise of performance.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and choose a password to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse free-preview access.

3. Purchases and pricing

Courses are sold as one-time purchases that grant you access to that course's content for as long as the Service remains available. This is not a subscription; you are not charged on a recurring basis. Prices are shown at checkout and are charged in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. You agree to pay all amounts due and authorize the charge shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

4. All sales are final — no refunds

By purchasing a course you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• you receive immediate access to the full digital course upon payment;
• you consent to that immediate delivery and, to the extent permitted by law, you waive any statutory "cooling-off" or right-of-withdrawal period (including the 14-day right of withdrawal available to consumers in the EU/UK) once access has begun; and
• the purchase is therefore not eligible for a refund.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. If a course is genuinely defective, materially not as described, or if we are required by applicable law to provide a remedy, we will honor that obligation. If you believe your purchase qualifies, contact us at support@programode.com and we will review it in good faith.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith (for a purchase that was delivered as described) is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of your account.

5. License and intellectual property

Upon purchase we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the course content for your own learning. All content — problems, editorials, lessons, code, and branding — is owned by Koolpath LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly post, scrape, or share your account or the paid content with others. Doing so terminates your license without refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, overload or attack the judge or servers, submit malicious code, reverse-engineer the platform, or use automated means to extract content. The in-browser judge is provided for solving the platform's problems only.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the judge will be available at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koolpath LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Because all sales are final, termination does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Koolpath LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@programode.com.
